Within Italy, orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as Poste Italiane, Bartolini, or UPS.


For international deliveries, we partner with DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable worldwide service.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses as signature is required upon delivery.

PROCESSING AND TIMING:

We want you to receive your new purchase as quickly as possible!

ITALIAN ORDERS:

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order. 

If you place your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. 

Once processed, orders are shipped Monday - Friday from our Store in San Gimignano, Siena, Italy.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process your order. 

If you place your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. 

Once processed, orders are shipped Monday - Friday from our Store in San Gimignano, Siena, Italy.

International (non-EU) orders might be subject to be flagged in customs for collection of duties and tax on imports. In this scenario, shipping time can be significantly delayed and in some cases the customer is required to retrieve their package from the customs office.

DUTIES:

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges in their country. All parcels are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), meaning these fees must be paid for customs to release your shipment.

You may be contacted either by the carrier or directly by your local customs office regarding these charges. Our shipping partner works with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. In many cases, carriers can collect duties and taxes directly from the recipient, but in some countries, customs collects the fees themselves. Some carriers also offer electronic payment options before delivery to speed up customs clearance and reduce the risk of returns.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost, as rules vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Please note parcels may be delayed by customs inspections, and additional charges can apply. We cannot provide details about delays or their duration.

If a shipment is refused, the customer will be charged for shipping and any import fees incurred for returning the parcel. These costs will be deducted from any refund.

RETURNS:

We accept un-used items purchased from Galleria-j.com within 14 days from the date of delivery on all European (EU) orders. 

Return delivery costs are at the customer’s responsibility.

International (non-EU) orders are currently not eligible for returns.

REFUND:

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your refund.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email that your refund has been processed & issued.

Please note that any potential return shipping charges will not be refunded.
